Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Baji website and its services. Each user must necessarily study these regulations to understand the basic rules and responsibilities. By accepting these Terms, each user agrees to all the clauses as well as all subsequent amendments that may be adopted. If the user refuses to accept these Terms and Conditions, they will not be able to use our website.

General Terms

We reserve the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Check this page regularly to keep track of any changes and additions from our side. Any amendments come into force and are legally binding immediately after they are posted on this website. If you do not agree with any of these changes, you must immediately stop using the Service. If you continue to use this website after any type of additions have been made, you automatically agree to the changes and additions made.

Your responsibilities 

By accessing and using the website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age for gambling and gaming activities in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age from you at any time.
  • You must be a resident of a gambling jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of any country where online gambling is prohibited for its residents or any individuals within that country.

  • You act only on your own behalf and own only one account on our website.

Your account

The following Rules apply to the accounts of our Users:

  • Only users who have signed these Regulations can have an active account.
  • We reserve the right to close or suspend your account if we have reason to believe that you are not complying with these Terms, or if we have other reasonable grounds to do so.
  • If we close or suspend your account due to non-compliance with these Terms, we may cancel and/or cancel any of your bets and withhold any funds in your account, including the deposit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel or limit any bet at any time for any reason, including bets that are believed to have been placed fraudulently in circumvention of our betting limits and/or Rules.
  • You must immediately notify us of any errors related to your account.
  • You may not transfer, sell or pledge your account to another person.
  • If you want to delete your Baji Casino account, send an email from the email address provided during registration to our support service with a corresponding request.

Depositing funds to the account

Here are the requirements to consider when placing a deposit:  

  • All deposits must come from an account, payment system or credit card registered in your name. 
  • Deposits made in currencies other than the base currency of your account will be converted. 
  • Some payment systems may charge an additional fee for currency exchange, which will be deducted from the amount of your deposit. 
  • We are not a financial institution and use third-party electronic payment systems to process deposits. 
  • You acknowledge that your Player account is not a bank account and is not protected by any deposit insurance or bank insurance system, including in your local jurisdiction. 
  • If you decide to accept any of our promotional or bonus offers by entering the bonus code during the deposit, you agree to comply with the Bonus Terms and conditions of each specific bonus.  
  • Funds received as a result of criminal, illegal or unauthorized activities should not be deposited with us.

Withdrawal of funds

When withdrawing funds from the gaming account, the following points must be taken into account:

  • You can withdraw any unused and cashed funds from your gaming account by sending a withdrawal request in accordance with our withdrawal terms. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 10 euros (or the equivalent in another currency), except in the case of account closure, when you can withdraw the entire balance of funds. 
  • We reserve the right to request photo identification, address verification, or perform additional verification procedures (for example, request a selfie or arrange a phone call to verify your identity) before approving any withdrawals from your account. 
  • All withdrawals must be made to the original debit, credit card, bank account or payment method used for the initial deposit to your account. 
  • If you want to withdraw funds, but your account is unavailable, inactive, blocked or closed, please contact our Customer Support.

Complaints

If you have any doubts or questions regarding these Terms, please contact our customer service department using the links provided on the website and indicate your registered email address when communicating with us. 

In case we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution with you through our customer service department, the issue will be referred to our management. If all attempts to resolve the dispute fail, the Client has the right to file a complaint with our licensing authority, Gaming Services Provider N.V.

Violation of these Terms

If you violate any material provision of these Terms, we may suspend or close your account and refuse to further provide you with the Service. Notification of any such actions taken will be provided to you immediately.
